JSS 1 (New Students)

  • Completed application form
  • Birth certificate or age declaration
  • Primary school leaving certificate
  • Last school report card
  • 4 passport photographs
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Entrance examination pass
  • Parent/Guardian identification

Students must be between 10-12 years old

SS 1 (Transfer Students)

  • Completed application form
  • Birth certificate or age declaration
  • JSS 3 certificate or testimonial
  • BECE result (if available)
  • Transfer certificate from previous school
  • 4 passport photographs
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Entrance examination pass
